Transcript
Welcome to this meditation on resetting after a long day. My name is Michael, and I will be your guide on this journey.
Take a few moments to find a comfortable position—perhaps lying down or sitting in a way that allows your body to fully relax.
Gently soften through the hips, torso, and shoulders. Let that relaxation extend down your arms to your fingers, and down your legs to your toes.
Soften your jaw and facial muscles. Place your arms by your sides with your palms facing up, or gently rest your hands on your body—whichever feels most natural.
Feel free to close your eyes, allowing your brain waves to slow down and your body to deepen into relaxation.
Together, let’s take a slow, deep inhale through the nose… and a gentle sighing exhale out of the mouth. Let’s try that once more—inhale slowly and deeply… and exhale, letting it go.
Now, keeping your lips softly sealed…
