Hi, I am Nima Yazdani, founder of Siddha Meditate. I started my health and wellness journey early in high school. After going through many physical rehabs, changing diet and nutrition, and working with coaches — I knew I wanted to share the knowledge I have gained and help people understand their mind and body better.
Meditation is foundational to building resiliency and adaptability in life. I learned this in my pursuit of becoming a professional athlete. Siddha Meditate was born in an attempt to find the most efficient way to build better habits, starting with cultivating a formal meditation practice.
