Transcript
Welcome to this journey of relaxation and restoration.
Tonight, I’ll guide you through the process of powering down, where your mind and body will gradually and gently transition into a state of deep rest.
Take a moment to find a comfortable position, lying on your back. Support the backs of your knees, your head, or any other areas that could use a little extra cushioning. Perhaps drape a blanket over your body or use an eye mask—or simply allow your eyes to close gently, settling and sinking into stillness.
Together, let’s take a slow, deep inhale through the nose… and a gentle sighing exhale through the mouth. Let’s try that once more—inhale slowly and deeply… and exhale, releasing fully.
Now, keeping your lips softly sealed, continue breathing in and out through your nose. Allow your breath to flow effortlessly, dissolving any pauses between inhales and exhales, creating a seamless, fluid rhythm.
Let this breath be the foundation for the rest of your practice.
Breath by breath, we begin powering down.
