Welcome to this journey of Non-Sleep Deep Rest, also known as Yoga Nidra. My name is Michael, and I will be your guide in this practice.

In this session, I will guide you into a deep state of profound relaxation, where you can rejuvenate your body and mind—without actually falling asleep.

Take a few moments to settle into a comfortable position, ideally lying on your back. Find a posture that allows you to fully relax, letting go of any distractions and immersing yourself in this moment of stillness and peace.

Now, connect to your breath. Take a full, deep inhale through the nose… and a gentle sighing exhale out of the mouth. Let’s try that once more—inhale slowly and deeply… and exhale, letting it go.

Now, allow your breath to flow effortlessly in and out through the nose, dissolving any pauses or retentions between inhales and exhales. Create a seamless transition—one breath at a time.
