Welcome to this meditation on improving memory and cognitive function. My name is Michael, and I will be your guide on this journey.

Take a few moments to find a comfortable seat, easing into your posture. Soften your joints—the hips, knees, ankles, and shoulders—allowing relaxation to flow down your arms to your fingertips.

Lengthen through the crown of your head, softening your chin, jaw, and facial muscles. Relax your tongue and unclench your teeth. If your eyes are still open, take a moment to close and soften them, or if you prefer, keep your gaze gently focused on a single, steady point ahead. This helps center the mind and focus.

Together, let’s take a slow, full inhale through the nose… and a gentle sighing exhale out of the mouth. Let’s try that again—deep, slow breath in through the nose, filling up… and exhale, letting it spill out.

Now, keeping your lips softly sealed, breathe in and out through your nose. Allow your breath to flow effortlessly, dissolving any pauses between inhales and exhales. Let the transitions become seamless, creating a smooth, circular breath that moves with ease.

We’ll begin this meditation by setting an intention. As you settle in, silently recite to yourself…
