Welcome to this meditation on improving focus. My name is Michael, and I will be your guide on this journey.

Find a comfortable position where you can fully relax and be present. If you are seated, take a moment to lengthen your spine, soften your shoulders, and find a comfortable placement for your hands.

Feel free to close your eyes or gently focus on a still point ahead.

Together, let’s take a slow, deep breath in through the nose… and a gentle sighing exhale out through the mouth. Let’s try that once more—inhale slowly and deeply… and exhale, letting it go.

Now, keep your lips softly sealed, breathing in and out through your nose. Allow your breath to flow effortlessly, dissolving any pauses between inhales and exhales, creating a seamless transition—one breath at a time.

Let this breath be the foundation for the rest of your practice.
