Transcript
Welcome to this meditation on improving creativity. My name is Michael, and I will be your guide on this journey.
Take a moment to find a comfortable seat. Lengthen your spine, soften your shoulders, and relax your jaw, mouth, tongue, and facial muscles. If it feels right, gently close your eyes or bring your gaze to a steady fixed point in front of you. Find a comfortable place for your hands to rest.
Together, let’s take a slow, deep breath in through the nose… and a gentle sighing exhale out of the mouth. Let’s try that once more—inhale slowly and deeply… and exhale, letting it go.
From here, keep your lips gently sealed, breathing in and out through your nose. Allow your breath to flow effortlessly, dissolving any pauses between inhales and exhales. Create a seamless transition from one breath to the next, one at a time. Let this breath be the foundation for the rest of your practice.
As we explore the topic of boosting and enhancing creativity, notice how mindfulness and meditation help cultivate this quality, deepening your self-awareness and opening space for inspiration.
