Transcript
Welcome to this guided meditation designed to help you gently return to sleep.

If you’ve woken up in the middle of the night, this session will guide you back into a deep, restful slumber.

My name is Michael, and I will be guiding you back into this nourishing rest.

Find a comfortable position, ensuring that your body feels fully supported. Adjust your legs and find a natural placement for your hands—either resting gently on your body or by your sides.

Bring your awareness to the soothing sensations of your inhales and exhales.

Together, let’s take a slow, deep inhale through the nose, filling up your lungs… hold it for a moment at the top… and then slowly exhale, releasing completely.

Once more, inhale deeply through the nose, expanding fully… hold it briefly at the top… and in 3… 2… 1… fully let go, releasing any lingering tension.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your belly, ribs, and chest with each breath.

With every exhale, allow yourself to let go of any thoughts or worries that may have woken you up, surrendering to the comfort of this moment.
