Transcript
Welcome to this meditation for drifting into sleep.
Take a moment to settle yourself comfortably in bed, perhaps nestled beneath the sheets. Allow your eyes to soften and gently close.
Find a comfortable resting place for your hands—either placed gently on your body or resting by your sides with the palms facing upward.
As you settle into stillness, take a slow, deep inhale through the nose… and a gentle sighing exhale. Let’s try that once more—inhale deeply and slowly… and exhale with a soft sigh.
From here, keep your lips softly sealed and allow your breath to flow smoothly in and out of the nose. Let go of any pauses or tension between inhales and exhales, creating a seamless, effortless rhythm.
Let this breath be the foundation for the rest of your practice, guiding you gently into rest as we slowly…
