Hello and welcome to this special nap time meditation.

My name is Marissa, and today, we’re going on a magical journey aboard a sleep bus that will carry us to the land of dreams.

We’re going to begin by getting comfortable.

Find a cozy position—whether in your bed or on another soft surface.

Once you’re comfortable, gently close your eyes, or if you prefer, softly lower your gaze toward the floor.

Now, let’s take a few deep breaths together.

When we take deep breaths, we send a signal to our mind and body that it’s time to relax.

So, let’s begin.

Take a deep breath in through the nose… and a deep breath out through the mouth.

Inhale deeply… and exhale fully.

With each breath, feel your body becoming more and more relaxed.

Take one last deep breath in, imagining that you’re breathing in peace and love…

And as you breathe out, imagine letting go of any worries that might be on your mind.

Very good.

Now, before we board the sleep bus, let’s take a moment to relax each part of our body.

Starting with your toes—go ahead and gently scrunch them up…

And then let them relax.
