Hello and welcome to the Starry Night Sleep meditation.

My name is Marissa, and today I’ll be guiding you through this celestial journey.

Before we embark on our adventure, I invite you to find a comfortable position—either lying down on your bed or on any soft surface.

Take a moment to get comfortable in whatever way feels right for you.

When you’re ready, gently close your eyes.

We’ll begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose… and slowly exhaling out through the mouth.

Let all the tension of the day melt away as you prepare to embark on a magical journey through the night sky.

Know that this time is meant for you to simply relax and be.

You deserve this time to yourself—to calm the mind and the body.

Let’s begin by focusing on the breath.

When we take deep breaths, we signal to our mind and body that it’s time to rest.

These deep breaths tell our brain that it’s time to calm down and unwind.

Now, let’s take a few deep breaths together.

Take a deep breath in through the nose, feeling your belly expand like a balloon filling with air…

And then, slowly exhale out through the mouth.

Take another deep breath in, and on this next inhale, imagine that you are breathing in love and light.
