Hello, friends, and welcome to this magical bedtime meditation.

My name is Marissa, and tonight, we’re going to become sleepy sloths.

We’ll slow everything down, finding comfort and calm as we get ready for a peaceful sleep.

To begin, take a moment to get cozy—whether that means lying in bed, snuggling up with your favorite blanket, or even just sitting on a soft surface.

Find a place where you can truly relax and feel comfortable.

Once you've found that special spot, gently close your eyes.

We’re going to begin our slothful journey to rest and relaxation.

Let’s start by talking about what a sloth is.

A sloth is an animal that loves to take its time and moves very slowly.

These special creatures live in the beautiful forests of Central and South America.

Sloths are medium-sized animals with long arms and legs. Their fur is brown and gray, and sometimes it even appears green because of a tiny plant called algae that grows on them.
