Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Marissa, and today, we’re going on a magical journey to the Sleep Castle.

Before we begin our adventure, let’s take a moment to rest our minds and bodies, allowing ourselves to fully relax and prepare for the journey ahead.

I’m so excited to have you here today on this meditation journey.

Meditation is a special time where we get to rest and relax our minds after busy days, while also giving our bodies the deep rest they deserve.

Let’s begin by getting nice and comfortable.

If you'd like, you can snuggle into bed, or do whatever helps you feel cozy, safe, and relaxed.

Maybe that means getting under your warm covers… or simply closing your eyes and settling in.

Now, let’s take some relaxing deep breaths together.

Deep breathing helps us release tension from our muscles while also signaling to our mind that it’s time to unwind.

Let’s begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose, feeling your tummy gently fill with air… and then exhaling slowly through the mouth.

Very good.

Let’s take another deep breath in… and a deep breath out.

Inhale deeply, feeling your body begin to relax…
