Welcome to your meditation on sharing love with your partner.

My name is Shayna, and I am honored to guide you in this session.

Let’s Begin
If you are practicing with your partner, I invite you to create a sacred space for your practice—a little pod of connection where you both feel safe and present.

This could be on the couch, sitting on the floor, or anywhere that allows you to face each other so that your energetic centers are aligned.

Once you feel settled, gently close your eyes and take a few deep breaths together.

Inhale deeply…

And exhale slowly, releasing any tension with a soft sigh.

Feel your bodies relax and arrive fully into this moment.

Beautiful.

Calling in Love
Now, bring to mind a moment when you felt a deep sense of love for your partner.

If you are practicing alone, bring to mind a moment when you felt deep love for yourself.

This could be a specific memory or simply a feeling of appreciation.

Notice how it feels to direct your mind to this moment, allowing that warmth and love to expand in your heart.

Sharing Love
If you are practicing with your partner, gently open your eyes and gaze into your partner’s eyes.

Hold that feeling of deep love in your heart as you see them fully.

Now, take turns sharing what you love about each other.

You may express a specific memory, something about their presence, or simply what you appreciate about them.

Speak from your heart.

And as you listen, receive deeply—without distraction, without interruption—simply allowing yourself to be fully present in the exchange.

If you are practicing alone, imagine looking into your own eyes.

Tell yourself what you love about you—embracing and expanding this deep appreciation within.

Thank you for being on the path of love and meditation.

Feel free to stay and meditate as long as you desire.

I look forward to guiding you again soon.

Goodbye for now.
