Welcome to your meditation on responding to body signals.

Your body is filled with wisdom and guidance, and it’s time to start listening.

My name is Shayna, and I am honored to guide you through this meditation for women practice.

Our bodies are constantly communicating with us, sending signals that can guide us toward:

Greater well-being
Better decision-making
More pleasure
Even deeper spiritual insight
When we become disconnected from our body’s signals, we may:

Struggle to feel decisive
Feel ungrounded
Experience anxiety without clear direction
Reconnecting with Your Inner Wisdom
Today, we will focus on bringing awareness from the mind down into the body, allowing us to restore this inherent connection to our true source of wisdom and inner guidance.

Let’s Begin
Take a few moments to find a comfortable position for yourself.

I recommend sitting or lying down, but if you are standing and that is what’s available to you right now, that is perfectly okay.

Take a few moments to adjust your posture in a way that feels supportive and comfortable, so that your body can receive this practice with ease.

Settling In
Great.

Once you feel settled, I invite you to softly lower your gaze or gently close your eyes.

Begin to shift your attention away from everything that has been happening up until this moment, and bring your awareness to right here, right now.
