Welcome to your meditation for women on the power of language and its effects on the body.

My name is Shayna, and I am honored to guide you through this practice.

The effects of language on our physiological and emotional self apply to both the words we speak aloud and the silent dialogue we have with ourselves.

Words have the ability to heal, transform, and shape our experiences.

Today, we will explore how mindful affirmations—whether spoken aloud or internally—and conscious language can positively influence our physical and emotional well-being, opening pathways for deeper intimacy and love to flow into our lives.

Let’s Begin
Take a few moments to find a comfortable seated position.

Make any small adjustments or readjustments so that you feel settled, supported, and at ease.

When you’re ready, gently close your eyes, or if you prefer, simply soften your gaze inward.

Relax your eyes.

Now, take a slow, deep inhale through your nose, filling your body with space, energy, and life…

And as you exhale through your mouth, release stale air, tension, and heaviness.
