Welcome to this women meditation focused on cultivating gratitude for your menstruating body.

My name is Shayna, and I am honored and thankful to guide you through this powerful practice.

Menstruation is a natural part of being in a female body, and yet, it can be easy to judge or resist this time of the month.

However, just like the cycles of the moon, our menstrual cycle moves through different phases, and each phase has a purpose.
