Welcome to this guided meditation to help you nap.

My name is Marissa, and today we will take a walk through a gorgeous meadow, bringing you to a gentle river where you can relax and experience complete peace of mind.

We’re going to begin by getting comfortable.

Take a moment to settle in—get cozy in your bed, ready for a restful nap. Or, if you prefer, you can sit on a soft surface or snuggle up with your favorite blanket.

Once you’ve found your comfortable spot, take a nice, deep breath in… and a deep breath out.

Now, gently close your eyes, and allow your entire body to rest.

For this adventure, all you need to do is listen to the sound of my voice.

You might notice that your mind begins to wander, thinking about other things—perhaps what you’ll do after this meditation or what’s on your schedule later. Maybe thoughts about dinner pop up.

If this happens, that’s OK. It’s completely normal—just part of being human.

During meditation, we practice bringing our focus and attention to one thing at a time. This makes it easier to stay focused and present in other parts of our lives as well.

So, if you notice your mind drifting, gently bring your attention back to my voice.
