Transcript
Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
Today, we are embarking on a sleepy adventure to the sky, drifting through a guided meditation among the clouds.
My name is Marissa, and I’ll be guiding you through this practice to help you relax and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.
Let’s begin by getting comfortable.
If you plan on falling asleep during this meditation, I encourage you to settle in—getting nice and cozy in bed.
Take a moment to find a restful position, lying with your head on a pillow, and tucking yourself under the covers if you’d like.
If you prefer to remain seated or in another position, that’s absolutely fine too. Take a moment now to get comfortable in whatever way feels best for you.
When you’re ready, gently close your eyes.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose… and a slow breath out through the mouth.
We'll take a few more deep breaths together now, signaling to your mind and body that it’s time to relax.
Inhale deeply through the nose…
