Welcome to your meditation on establishing a strong and solid foundation for love and relationships to blossom.
My name is Shayna, and I am honored to guide you through this practice.
Building a foundation for relationships is much like planting a seed in the earth—allowing it the time, space, and nourishment to sprout and bloom.
The more intentional and present you are with the qualities and values you wish to cultivate in your relationships, the more you create the conditions for love to flourish and evolve.
Just as a seed follows its own natural timing before it blossoms, relationships also require patience, trust, and care to grow into something healthy and sustainable.
Let’s Begin
Take a few moments to get comfortable.
For this meditation, you may choose to sit, lie down, or even stand—whatever feels best for you.
Now, let’s begin by taking a deep, slow inhale through the nose, filling up your belly, torso, and chest…
And exhale softly through the mouth, letting go of any tension.
Take another deep, smooth breath in, creating space, oxygenating your body, filling up completely…
And as you exhale, perhaps allow for a soft sigh or even a yawn—all of it is welcome.
Now, return to a natural rhythm of breath, simply observing what is present for you in this moment.
