My name is Shayna, and I am excited to guide you through this meditation for women practice.
The Importance of Playfulness
Bringing playfulness into our lives—regardless of relationship status—is something we must prioritize.
Many of us had an innate sense of playfulness, curiosity, and spontaneity when we were children.
But somewhere along the way, seriousness set in.
However, if we look at the natural world around us—the birds, the flowers, the butterflies—we can see that playfulness never truly disappears.
This meditation is designed to:
Reconnect you with the healing power of playfulness
Inspire creativity, sensuality, and joy
Deepen your connection with yourself, your relationships, and life itself
Practicing Alone or with a Partner
You are welcome to practice this meditation alone or with a partner.
There will be options for both throughout this practice.

Find a comfortable and steady position—whether sitting or lying down.
If you are practicing with a partner, you may choose to:
Sit next to each other
Face each other

Settling In
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze, allowing yourself to shift gears.
