Welcome to your meditation on appreciating the good times. My name is Shayna, and I am honored to guide you through this practice.
In our busy lives, it is easy to overlook the moments of joy and happiness we experience in our relationships.
Often, we find ourselves focusing on what’s not working, and the truth is—where our mind goes, energy flows.
When we focus on what is lacking or challenging, those things become more present in our awareness.
Of course, it is important to address issues in relationships.
That said, by shifting our focus to what is in harmony, we can drastically improve the quality of our relationships and create more space for problem-solving and growth together.
This session will guide you in cultivating gratitude and savoring positive experiences, enhancing not only the quality of your relationships but also your overall well-being.

You are welcome to practice this meditation alone or, if you desire, with a partner or loved one.
Take a moment to find a comfortable position—you may choose to sit, lie down, or even stand.
Whatever feels most grounding and supportive for you in this moment.
Once you feel settled, gently close your eyes if that feels comfortable, or simply soften your gaze.
Now, allow yourself to take a long, slow inhale through your nose, filling up your belly…
